We may not even be sure of what that is! While we feel busy and wanted, we still remain unfulfilled and directionless. There are also times when we put our heart and soul into our work yet find success elusive.
We just do not know why.

Archana Edward Madhavan
Archana Edward Madhavan is a Talent Development Professional with over 15 years of corporate experience across Financial, BPO and Manufacturing sectors. A firm believer in strength-based, process oriented coaching methodology, she helps leaders step out of their comfort zone and take true ownership of their capabilities. She has made Coaching her raison'd'etre because by coaching one leader, she realizes that it is not just his or her life that is given an impetus, but also the lives of their colleagues and families. She is grateful for her own learning and growth which is a constant outcome of every coaching conversation.
Archana is also an experienced facilitator, having designed and led sessions across a gamut of soft skills. She is certified in the EQ-i 2.0 and the EQ 360 assessment on Emotional Intelligence and is also a a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA).
Along with being the Principal Consultant at Impetus, Archana is associated with Coaching Foundation India (CFI) as Head - Research & Insights.
